  1. Dial telephone number (wait for outside party to pick up)

To Adjust The Volume To Use Call History (if applicable)
  • Ring – Hold the volume key up or down while your phone is idle.
  • Speaker – Press speaker and hold the volume key up or down.
  • Ear Piece –Handset is out of the cradle; hold the volume key up or down.
 
To Call Forward All Calls To Cancel Call Forwarding
  1. #6011 (or press your Call Forward Button).
  2. Enter the destination (extension, 9 + phone number, or mailbox).

Three Ways To Access Your VoiceMail My IP phone is not working?
  • From Your Own Phone:

    • Dial 850, 750, or 0.
    • Enter security code.

  • From Another Phone:

    • Dial 850, 750, or 0.
    • Press #
    • Press *
    • Enter mailbox number (extension).
    • Enter security code.

  • From Outside of the Office

    • Someone Answers Phone
      • Have them transfer you into voicemail.
      • Press * (when voice mail answers).
      • Enter mailbox number (extension).
      • Enter security code

    • Dial Direct Inward Dial
      • Press * (when voice mail answers).
      • Enter mailbox number (extension).
      • Enter security code.
